love auctions. In fact, it is easy to see how some people find them addicting.
At any rate, I managed to secure the pictured football. If you click on it, you should be able to see the signatures, but in case you can't -- it is signed by Cotton Speyer and James Street, of the 1969 Championship University of Texas football team. Schwag, baybee. It was worth the price, though - especially as the auction benefited the school at OSL.
